Who Does the Work
We're based at 18815 139th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072, and the work we do is garage door repair and replacement - springs, openers, tracks, cables, rollers, panels. No sales pitch about decades in business or a wall of certificates, because that's not what tells you whether we can fix your door. What tells you is that we know the housing stock on this side of the state: most of it went up between 1972 and 2005, with a lot of it dating to the 1980s and 90s, spread across roughly two dozen named areas in the service region. That means we see the same openers, the same torsion spring sizes, and the same track configurations over and over. We're not guessing at what's behind your panel before we get there.
We don't claim an award, a guarantee term, or a review score here, because those aren't facts we can back up in writing. What we can tell you is what we work on and where. If a sentence on this page needed a founding year or a staff count to be true, we cut it.
What We Actually Do
Spring replacement on torsion and extension setups, opener swaps and repairs, cable and roller replacement, track alignment, panel and section repair
Houses built in this region's main construction window - the 1970s through the mid-2000s - tend to carry openers and spring systems from that era, and parts availability on the older end of that range is thinner than on a door installed last decade. That's the honest limitation: if your door or opener predates the bulk of local construction, or uses a discontinued part, we may need to order it rather than carry it on the truck, and we'll tell you that up front instead of pretending otherwise.
The climate here runs cold-moderate
Which matters more for openers and weatherstripping than for the door panels themselves - seals that have hardened over a winter or two are a common call. We don't do paving, fencing, or general handyman work. Garage doors and the openers attached to them are the job.
Where We Work
Out from Woodinville, we cover the surrounding area including Maltby (4 miles), High Bridge and Brier (6 miles), Alderwood Manor and Cathcart (7 miles), Duvall (8 miles), Medina (10 miles), Picnic Point and Woodway (11 miles), Lake Marcel-Stillwater, Snohomish, and Ames Lake (12 miles), Carnation and Woods Creek (14 miles), Three Lakes (16 miles), Machias, Indianola, Kingston, Fall City, and Clinton (17 miles), Sultan (18 miles), and Snoqualmie, East Renton Highlands, and Startup (20 miles). That's a broad mix of long-settled areas and newer subdivisions, which is part of why the parts on our truck vary job to job.
Across the service area there are roughly 44,156 households and about 31,680 owner-occupied houses, with a median household income near $140,572 - a region where people tend to own rather than rent, and where a broken door gets fixed rather than left. We size our stocked parts and scheduling around that reality, not around a single zip code.
